Sessions: Sessions can either be morning, afternoon (including lunch - you provide a packed lunch) or a full day.
We also collect children from schools following morning sessions and can take children to school for the afternoon session.
Lunch: A supervised lunch session is included within the afternoon session Monday to Friday. Children bring a packed lunch Please be realistic about how much your child will eat and remember to pack easy to open food and drink as this encourages independence. A small ice pack placed inside your child's sandwich box will be required to keep everything fresh and safe to eat, as we do not have sufficient refrigerated storage space on the premises for everyone's lunch boxes.
We aim to email your invoice in the first week back after every term. Fees are due at the end of the first fortnight of every half term. As we are a charity we appreciate you prompt payment to cover rent, wages, resources etc. Payments received after the deadline date may result in a late penalty charge of £25.
Children are entitled to 15 hours of Government funded childcare each week from the term following their third birthday until they start school. These hours are funded for 38 weeks of the year. Please see a member of staff for details as you will be required to complete a form to enable your child to receive these funded hours. Some children also qualify for a further 15 hours. A valid 30 hour code is required for this.
The 2 year old pilot funded places are also available for those who are entitled, this scheme is not statutory.
